		<description>I always wondered why my Canadian cousins were using our charts when sailing and not their own..  NOAA makes them available in two formats for download free but the Canadian charts are only available from commercial sources.  Her Majesty ought to change this in the name of safety if not other reasons.  It would be unfortunate that Prince Phillip would only be able to sail on the American side of the lake to be safe.</description>
