    Oh Dicewars – I made a version of this for my InfoTech grade 10 class in TurboPascal…great fun.

    Though, mine DID allow you to deploy troops manually or using certain patterns (on frontiers, randomly, least armed territories (random), least armed territories (frontiers))

    I also had troop reinforcement a function of % territory gained AND absolute territory retained (so a spectacular turn actually brought in a lot more troops than say, holding on to your territory) made the game a far more aggressive affair.

    It’s taken awhile to figure out this dicewars but it’s not made me late in handing in a briefing note that was due this morning!
